Neighbors Helping Neighbors Through Operation Round Up

Participants in NOVEC’s Operation Round Up® (ORU) program volunteer to round up their electric bills each month to the next dollar. This spare change adds up quickly, and NOVEC distributes the funds to local nonprofits, which in turn use those funds to assist NOVEC customers who might otherwise be unable to pay their electric bills.
